HR & Talent Acquisition Generalist (Web3 / Memecoin Project | High Growth, Remote) 2

URGENT: Contract includes a presales cash payment of 25.000€ + 1% Token allocation with vesting + performance bonuses, very good opportunity and a possible full time role well remunerated. We need a agile small time and focus in sourcing top talent in community and marketing roles including KOL specialist.

What you’ll do
-Own end-to-end recruitment (TA strategy + execution)
-Source talent in Web3 spaces (X, Discord, crypto communities)
-Manage onboarding + HR operations
-Build hiring workflows and HR processes
-Coordinate external recruiters/agencies if needed
-Help define culture, values, and team structure

What we’re looking for
-2–5+ years HR / Talent Acquisition experience
-Startup or fast-paced environment experience
-Familiarity with Web3 / crypto hiring ecosystems
-Strong communication + ownership mindset
-Comfortable working in ambiguity and speed-driven environments
