Sell Patient Management Software
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’m ready to ramp up local sales of my patient-management tool for clinics and hospitals and I need hands-on help now. Over the next four weeks I want to combine cold calling, targeted email outreach, and paid social media advertising into one coordinated campaign, supported by a clear sales strategy you develop from the ground up.
Here’s how I picture the engagement:
• Strategy first – refine the value proposition for small to mid-sized practices in our city, map ideal buyer personas, set weekly activity targets and conversion goals.
• Outreach execution – write the call and email scripts, build or clean a prospect list, then start dialling and sending personalised sequences.
• Social boost – design and launch ads on the platforms you know convert best for healthcare B2B (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram are all options), including basic creative and copy, plus the tracking needed to measure ROI.
• Reporting – short end-of-week summaries of calls made, leads generated, ad spend, and demo bookings so I can see momentum building.
Everything must stay compliant with local healthcare marketing rules, and any content you create becomes mine to reuse. If you’ve sold SaaS or medical software before, even better—tell me about the wins you’ve had and the tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) you’re comfortable with.
I’d like the full campaign live within a month, so please outline how many hours you can dedicate each week and the milestones you’ll hit along the way.
