Sales Team Needed to Acquire Prelaunch Customers

We are nearing the launch of our social video website and are in need of a Sales team to acquire prelaunch early-adoption customers to form the basis of our long term revenue strategy. This team must:

1. thoroughly understand our business revenue model
2. research and and confirm the best brands/businesses to target
3. formulate and execute a comprehensive sales plan to target and reach out to name brand business
4. execute the sales plan by acquiring free business memberships

This team must be open to monthly payment terms based on achievement of agreed-upon sales metrics of 50 new business member subscriptions per month and must do so by using all available multichannel lead generation techniques best suited for success such as Call Marketing, Email Marketing, Social Marketing . They must provide weekly progress through lead Management, Campaign Monitoring and cross channel marketing automation (preferred) to our management team.

The sales team must generate all sales content as well as content strategies for suitable methods being implemented.
