Run/launch a pilot online learning program

We have a created a personal development course of which most of the work has been done. We now need someone to tie up the loose ends and make it happen. We have many famous speakers and the website is nearly complete. You will need to good with organising people, marketing and advertising. Plus using a tool like Active Campaign. If the pilot is successful we would look to take the person on longer term.
