Reddit Lead Generation & Outreach VA (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to help grow our Reddit marketing business by finding potential clients, generating leads, and conducting outreach.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys research, online communities, lead generation, and business development.

## Working Hours

* 4 hours per day
* Monday to Saturday
* Fully remote

## Salary

* Fixed salary: ₹5,000($50) per month
* Performance incentives for additional leads and customers generated

## Your Responsibilities

### Reddit Lead Generation

* Find businesses and individuals looking for Reddit marketing help.
* Identify discussions where people need help with:

* Reddit marketing
* Reddit advertising
* Community growth
* Lead generation
* SaaS promotion
* Ecommerce promotion
* Reddit account bans and account growth

### Outreach

* Conduct personalized outreach via:

* Reddit
* LinkedIn
* Email
* Facebook groups
* YT
* Niche forums
* Quora
* Other Social media sites

Prospect Research

Build lists of:

* SaaS companies
* Ecommerce businesses
* Marketing agencies
* Startup founders
* Digital marketers

### CRM and Reporting

Maintain spreadsheets containing:

* Prospect details
* Outreach status
* Replies received
* Qualified leads generated


Submit a weekly report summarizing:

* Prospects researched
* Messages sent
* Replies received
* Qualified leads generated


## Monthly Performance Expectations

* 400-500 prospects researched
* 250-300 outreach messages sent
* Minimum 30 serious enquiries via email, Telegram, Team etc
* At least 15-20 sales conversion from outreach/enquiries

Incentives

* Bonus for every paying customer acquired
* Additional bonus for exceeding lead generation targets.

## Requirements

* Good written English.
* Reddit experience is must.
* Basic understanding LinkedIn, quora, YT and other online communities.
* Ability to write personalized outreach messages.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets.
* Experience with lead generation or outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
