Recruitment Consultant Branding and Content

I'm looking for an experienced brand/marketing content creator to create branding elements for my recruitment consulting business. Specifically, I need help defining and communicating the services and content for a website and 1-pager. My target audience is SMB businesses in Canada and the US. The platforms I need a presence on is LinkedIn, email marketing and a website. The deliverables for this project include website and 1-pager marketing content, and possibly layout/design.
