Recruit USA Solar Installer Contractors

I need to assemble a nationwide roster of independent solar installers—quickly. Your focus will be marketing and outreach: posting on trade boards, leveraging social channels, contacting unions and guild lists, even cold-calling when required to locate, vet, and onboard qualified 10 installers for residential and light-commercial work across the United States.
For this initial, lean phase I’m looking for:
• A simple blueprint pinpointing the states and metro areas where installers are most urgently needed (I’ll share priorities).
• A vetted list of installers per target state, including contact details, licensing / NABCEP status, insurance proof, and basic rate card.
• Signed intent or onboarding forms using my provided template—no contract drafting needed.
• Progress tracked in a shared Google Sheet with daily updates until the agreed headcount is reached.
