Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Schedule / Remote support for offline promotion

Work Location: All over Singapore (mainly in the communities you are familiar with)

Compensation structure: Cash reward upon successful recommendation + long-term commission.

Salary: Starting from 2,500 SGD per month if 80 merchants are recruited within the month. Recommendation rewards and commissions are calculated separately.

Who are we?

TycheGo is a newly launched local life service platform, focusing on one-stop on-site services (such as cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, tutoring, repair, furniture installation, etc.), aiming to become the most practical "on-site service market" in Singapore.

We have launched the "Universal Promoter" function. Anyone can recommend Service Provider to join the platform. After a successful recommendation, they will not only receive a one-time reward but also a commission share from each order placed by the merchant in the long term.

The things you need to do:

We recommend that you invite service providers you know or are familiar with to join TycheGo (such as cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, furniture installation, beauty care, manicure, home appliance repair, in-home massage, etc.)

Briefly introduce the benefits of the platform to Service Provider (we will provide materials and training)

Assist them in completing the registration process, uploading basic information, and getting ready for going online.

Work with the online operation team to understand the progress and demands of merchants.

You can participate in offline promotion activities or conduct ground promotion in the areas you are familiar with on your own.

We can offer:

High referral rewards: Earn S$15 for each successful Service Provider introduction and order placement. For every 20 Service Provider on boarded, an additional S$10 is awarded for each subsequent merchant.

Long-term commission mechanism: You get a share of the orders Service Provider receive. The more orders, the longer you earn. For the first 90 days after a Service Provider's entry, you get 2% of each order's amount as commission. If the total number of merchants exceeds 60, you will get an additional 1% of each order's amount from each Service Provider.

Full-process support: providing script templates, online coaching, and material support

Flexible and free: fully part-time mode, no need to be present at the office, arrange your own time.

Outstanding performers have the opportunity to be regularized or promoted to regional partners.

We hope you have:

Good communication skills, willing to proactively introduce the platform and answer merchants' simple questions.

Those with resources in the service industry/local merchants are preferred (such as air conditioner cleaning, tutoring, manicure, massage, cleaning, etc.)

Be responsible and able to track the progress of the merchants you recommend for onboarding.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, familiarity with local life service scenarios is preferred.

Those with sales, ground promotion, community management, and marketing experience will be given priority for employment.
