ABOUT D STUDIOS:
D Studios is a growing audio and video production house based in Lucknow specializing in music production, audio recording, mixing/mastering, and related creative services. We work with independent artists, educational institutions, and commercial clients across music, podcasting, voice-over, and media production.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We're seeking an experienced Recording Studio Manager to oversee day-to-day studio operations, client management, and project coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth studio workflows, maintaining equipment, scheduling sessions, and delivering quality output to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Studio Operations: Manage booking calendar, session scheduling, studio setup/teardown, and equipment maintenance
- Client Management: Handle client inquiries, confirm bookings, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
- Technical Support: Assist with recording sessions, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks
- Administrative: Maintain project records, invoicing, billing, and documentation
- Team Coordination: Liaise between clients, engineers, producers, and other team members
- Marketing & Outreach: Help promote studio services, maintain social media presence, handle inquiries from platforms like Instagram/WhatsApp
- Financial Tracking: Monitor studio hours, track revenue, manage payment collections
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensure studio equipment is properly maintained, secure, and ready for use

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience in music/recording studio management (or related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with studio booking/scheduling software (or willingness to learn)
- Basic technical knowledge of audio equipment (not required but preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Forms, Docs)
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and ideally Punjabi for local client communication
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset in fast-paced creative environment

NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience in music production or audio engineering
- Knowledge of music industry and artist management
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Basic audio mixing/editing knowledge
- Video production awareness
