Portuguese Marketing Brochure Translation
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have a set of marketing brochures that must be translated into fluent, culturally-relevant Portuguese while retaining their persuasive tone and clean layout. The originals are supplied as PDF files, so I need you to lift the text, translate it accurately for a marketing audience, then return the copy in a way that lets my designer drop it straight back into the artwork without re-formatting headaches.
Because these are sales pieces, literal word-for-word conversion won’t work; the finished Portuguese should read as if it were written from scratch for our brand. Any headline tweaks, call-to-action adjustments, or short idiomatic turns of phrase that improve resonance with Brazilian and European Portuguese readers are welcome, provided the core message stays intact.
Deliverables:
• A bilingual document (original + Portuguese) for approval
• Final Portuguese text organised to match the original layout sequence (page, paragraph, headline order)
• Notes on any length changes that designers should watch for
Once the copy is signed off, I’ll have my design team flow it back into the PDFs, so precision and clarity in the hand-off file are vital. If you have InDesign skills and can supply fully typeset pages as an optional add-on, let me know, but the essential requirement is the translation itself.
Please include a brief sample of previous marketing translations, especially for brochures, so I can gauge style fit. I’m ready to move as soon as the right linguist comes on board.
