Political campaign marketing

We are looking for someone who can provide marketing strategy and implement all types of marketing for a campaign with the election day being August 23rd. This is a small local election. We are looking for everything from digital marketing on all platforms to marketing through email and mailers. Creating all images, reaching out to potential voters and donors, etc
