**Scope of Work:**

* Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for daily pharmacy operations
* Setup inventory management system (stock tracking, expiry management)
* Design staff workflows for smooth operations
* Setup WhatsApp Business automation (auto-replies, catalog, reminders)
* Build repeat customer system (refill reminders, offers, subscriptions)
* Plan and execute local marketing strategies
* Increase repeat customers and average order value
* Setup offers, bundles, and subscription models (monthly medicine plans)
* Provide guidance on online platforms if applicable
* Suggest high-margin product placement and upselling techniques

**Deliverables:**
