We are launching a new, simple, performance-based program. We need a self-starting marketer who can achieve two clear goals and get paid for each success.
This is not an hourly or salaried role. You earn a fixed bonus for each completed milestone.
Here’s Exactly How You Get Paid:
Milestone 1: $25 USD
Success Criteria: You successfully host one (1) live event, challenge, or game on the Gamepoint platform with a real creator/influencer. The event must be completed per our guidelines.
*Example: You find a gaming influencer on TikTok, onboard them to Gamepoint, and help them launch a "24-hour challenge" for their fans.*
Milestone 2: $45 USD
Success Criteria: You recruit and guide another marketer (who is not you) to successfully host their own live event on Gamepoint. You must provide proof that they came from you.
Example: You create a simple guide or process, then find and mentor another freelancer. They use your method to host an event with a beauty influencer. When their event is live and completed, you get paid.
Your Core Tasks:
Learn & Execute: Quickly understand the Gamepoint platform and what makes a good event.
Outreach & Conversion: Directly reach out to influencers (on any social platform) to pitch and onboard them to host an event.
Document & Systemize: Create your own simple, repeatable process for finding influencers and launching events.
Recruit & Train: Use your proven process to recruit at least one other motivated marketer, train them, and help them succeed.
Who You Are (Ideal Candidate):
A Hustler & Doer: You understand performance-based pay and are motivated by clear targets.
Familiar with Influencers: You know how to find and talk to micro or nano-influencers (any niche: gaming, beauty, fitness, etc.).
A Quick Learner: You can grasp a new platform and its value proposition fast.
A Basic Coach: You can explain your successful method to someone else clearly.
How to Apply (CRITICAL - Please answer in your proposal):
Prove Your Hustle: In 2-3 sentences, describe a time you earned money through a performance-based, affiliate, or commission task. What did you do?
Your First Target: Name one type of influencer (e.g., "Twitch streamers under 5k viewers," "Instagram DIY crafters") you would target first and why.
Confirmation: Simply state: "I understand the pay is $25 for my first successful event and $45 for successfully guiding another marketer to do the same."
Note: This is a pilot program. The first marketer to complete both milestones may be offered an expanded role with higher bonuses for scaling the network.
