Partner to build out the entire Digital Process for a DIgital Solutions Agency - ClickUp Expert Needed to Build Full CRM + Project Management System (Slack, Stripe, Email, Google Calendar)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ClickUp specialist to design and implement a complete workspace that will serve as the central operating system for our business.

Our company operates across multiple services including AI automation, digital marketing, and web optimization. We need a professional who can architect a scalable ClickUp environment that manages projects, client relationships, team communication, payments, and lead pipelines in one place.

This role will involve both the technical setup and the strategic structuring of workflows.
Primary Responsibilities

• Design and build a fully structured ClickUp workspace with departments, folders, lists, and task templates
• Integrate ClickUp with Slack so team communication can trigger tasks, updates, and project collaboration
• Configure ClickUp to manage task lists by department and team
• Integrate three email inboxes so we can send and manage email communication directly from

ClickUp
• Build a CRM-style client database inside ClickUp to store client information and project data
• Create a client portal so clients can view project tasks, updates, and timelines
• Integrate multiple Google Calendars for scheduling and project timeline management
• Configure Stripe integration for payments, subscriptions, and development deposits
• Set up contract storage and digital agreements for clients
• Integrate Zoom for sending meeting invitations and scheduling calls with prospects
• Set up a lead pipeline system to track prospects and manage outreach
• Enable CSV imports to upload lead lists and prospect data
• Integrate LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead workflows where possible
• Configure email campaigns for outreach and promotional offers
• Organize freelancer resources and external tools within ClickUp (bookmarks, resources, workflows)
• Provide onboarding and documentation so our team can use the system effectively
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with experience building complete operational systems inside ClickUp.
Preferred background includes working with:
• Marketing agencies
• Automation agencies
• Web development or optimization agencies
• CRM implementation
• Workflow automation tools
Experience with the following tools is strongly preferred:

Project Scope
Initial engagement will focus on designing and implementing the full system. After launch, we are open to continuing with the right person as a long-term technical partner to expand and optimize the system.
