Outreach & Engagement Executive

We are looking for a freelance outreach and marketing assistant to support participant recruitment for a interview based research initiative. The role involves reaching out to individuals and couples who may be open to personal development and inviting them to register for an initial screening or conversation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online outreach to individuals and couples through digital platforms and personal networks
- Share high-level information about the research opportunity in a professional manner
- Engage potential participants and guide them towards registration or screening
- Communicate confidently via chat, messaging platforms, or calls when required
- Maintain a respectful and non-judgemental communication style
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity and progress

Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, outreach, or community engagement
- Comfortable speaking with individuals and couples on personal or sensitive topics
- Good communication skills in English
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Arrangement:
