Organiser for Media Tech Academy

I'm looking for a talented freelancer to help with organizing work for the Media Tech Academy. The specific project is to help create an unrestrained workflow for all of the academy's activities and services. I'm looking for an individual who has a proven track record in their field, has relevant experience, and can help develop a custom solution that fits the needs of the academy.
The successful candidate will need to create a detailed project plan and proposal outlining the actions they plan to take to meet the timeline of more than one month. I'm expecting them to outline the scope of their work as well as how they plan to approach the project.
The pay will be per project/student/ client.
