Freelance WordPress & Marketing Support
We’re looking for a reliable and creative freelancer to help us grow our website and marketing presence for New World Rides (newworldrides.com). This role will focus on building engaging web pages, creating marketing materials, and supporting ongoing digital projects.
What you’ll do:
Add and update pages on our WordPress site (e.g., create an FSU student page inviting cohorts to the VRcade for fun nights out).
Develop simple, eye-catching marketing materials for events and promotions.
Help set up and maintain a blog on our website.
Post press links (e.g., our recent feature in the Tallahassee Democrat) to highlight our media coverage.
Support with additional website/marketing tasks as they come up.
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with WordPress (page creation, blog setup, basic site updates).
Strong eye for design and ability to create engaging digital content.
Comfortable with light marketing copywriting.
Reliable, responsive, and open to consistent, ongoing freelance work.
Nice to have:
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Familiarity with event or entertainment marketing.
