Need VA for Project Bidding for a Reputed App and Web Development Co. in Dubai

Hi there,
I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help bid for projects for a certified company in Dubai. We are regulated by the ministry of economy in Dubai, so we'll have a written lawful contract with you. The VA must have experience in project bidding, specifically for mobile applications development+ Website+ Content writing. It would be ideal if the VA had previous experience with bidding for projects on freelancer, upwork and fiverr in this domain.
We are looking for somebody who is tech-savvy and can perform research on potential clients and their project requirements. Great communication skills, organization, and attention to detail are all necessary while handling the bid process.
Note: There will be a trial period of 3 months, during this period we'll pay 1.5% of the project value. After 3 months there will be fixed salary between $150-200 + 1.5% commission.
