Marketing specialist for academic non profit organization

We are looking for a Marketing Executive/Specialist for our non profit organization to help us to grow our name in academia world. This person is able to work independently, and able to work on multiple channels, platforms, create/give us advices on our online and offline strategies. We are an academic and non-profit organization. Our purpose is to create an environment where academics are able to reach knowledge and help academics to develop their writings by organizing conferences and journals.
