Marketing/ Website Content Manager

I'm in need of a dedicated professional who can manage content updates on my e-commerce site such as promo codes for influencers, I'm selling shoes so once all of the shoes per size sale out I want it updated but I want influencers to be able to check how well there promo code is going,

And just overall marketing I need help selling my 200 pair of shoes
