Marketing Vape Business

Need help with marketing a vape business on different platforms, this would be a subscription based business selling liquids on a monthly basis in the UK.

The problem:
Different platforms like facebook don't allow straight up selling vape products
I can use my on business manager

I would like to work with someone that has at least some skills around this.
