Marketing and Sales Data Assistant

I’m expanding my business and need someone who can stand beside me as we grow. The main focus is hands-on marketing support—help shaping campaigns, refining messaging, and keeping our channels active and engaging—while also keeping our back-end tidy through accurate data entry and record-keeping.

Day to day you’ll update and organise our sales data inside Google Sheets (or similar), log new leads from campaigns, and make sure all figures balance so I can make quick decisions. When something in the numbers looks odd, flag it and we’ll dive in together.

On the marketing side, expect to draft or tweak content, schedule posts, pull basic performance stats, and share ideas for low-cost tactics we can test next. If you’ve used tools like Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, or simple CRM platforms, you’ll feel at home here.

Deliverables I’ll check for:
• Clean, up-to-date sales spreadsheets with zero missing fields
• Weekly snapshot of campaign metrics and any insights you notice
• A small list of new marketing ideas or optimisations each month
