Marketing, Sales and Conversion for Training company-Based in Malaysia Preferred

I am looking for a freelancer who can market and convert enquiries into sales for a HRD Corp approved Training Provider. This candidate must be able to do cold emails, cold calls in order to market the training programs. The candidate must be independent, must look for leads and MUST convert enquiries into sales. This is a target driven job and a certain EXTRA percentage will be given for each closed sales.

The target is 5 participants and above per training course or 1 group per training course. Details will be discussed during the interview if selected.
