Marketing Plan - Real Estate

I need someone professional and serious to work with for the next few months on full marketing plan/strategy for a real estate company. The person needs to be hands on and available most of the time.. I need someone who is switched on and understands the market really well. Need to know to use all social media platforms and help in every little detail.
