Marketing Manager for expertise marketing of a consulting company

I am looking for a Marketing Manager.

The successful person will own the marketing of Opsis (opsis.com.au). You will be responsible for:
• Content – website, LinkedIn and newsletters
• Award submissions – Finding and nominating Opsis for appropriate business awards
• Data maintenance – in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (some)

Activities include:
• Working with me to develop the marketing strategy for 2023, and beyond
• Planning the content schedule across the website, LinkedIn, Twitter and newsletters
• Creating some content from existing material – articles and videos
• Publishing content – written and video
• Designing nurture sequences for main products and e-books
• Researching appropriate business awards and drafting a submission
• Compiling and sending our fortnightly newsletter and managing data based on this
• Improving the SEO score of the Opsis website to get it to >80% on SEOBility and keep it there
• Market me as a professional speaker to appropriate conferences

At a high level, the role is to “market me and my company, Opsis, as a provider of expert CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 services (advice, training, speaking, consulting, project management) to our prospects”. Content can and should be repurposed. I create much of the expert-focused technical written content and record the videos.

I would like to get to a position where any organisation which is having challenges with their Microsoft Dynamics 365 (during implementation, or later) knows that reaching out to Opsis is a good idea. I also want to get more speaking - specifically paid speaking to CIO-type audiences.
