Marketing Coordinator for Rental Property SaaS — Manage Fiverr Freelancers (Ongoing)

About us:
A SaaS platform that helps landlords and property
management companies run their business. We serve global markets and
need ongoing marketing content in multiple languages.

What we need:
A Marketing Coordinator to manage our content production pipeline.
You will NOT be writing or designing yourself. Your job is to find
the right Fiverr freelancers, brief them clearly, review their work,
and make sure everything ships on time.

Weekly tasks:
- Receive briefs from us (in English) — blog posts, ad creatives,
landing page copy, short videos, social media graphics
- Post jobs on Fiverr, screen candidates, hire the right person
- Track every project in a Google Sheet (status, deadline, cost)
- Review deliverables and request revisions when needed
- Upload finished blog posts to our WordPress site (basic formatting + SEO)
- Send us a weekly report (what's done, what's pending, what's spent)

Required skills:
- Fluent written English
- Proven experience managing Fiverr or Upwork freelancers
- Reliable daily communication via Jira or email

Nice to have:
- SaaS or B2B marketing background
- Property management / real estate knowledge
- Experience with Google Ads or Google Analytics

Commitment:
- 20-40 hours/week, ongoing (we want a long-term partner, not a
one-time project)
- Must overlap at least 3 hours/day with Taiwan time (UTC+8)

How we'll start:
- 2-week paid trial on one specific content project
- If we're a good fit, we move to ongoing weekly hours
