Marketing: Brand analysis for a magazine
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Produce a brand analysis visual report. A brand analysis identifies customer and competitor activity to measure individual success. You will use your primary and secondary research to complete a series of brand models, leading to the generation of key recommendations which form a new market entry strategy. You need to use engaging visuals to complement and enhance the content of your report.
The brand analysis report must include:
• Methodology and research design rationale of both Primary and Secondary research.
• A justified identification of who the brand will target in your allocated new market and where the
brand should therefore position itself.
• A comprehensive new market entry strategy / market optimisation strategy and a marketing and promotion plan. You must consider all elements of the marketing mix within your
recommendations.
• Conclusions that highlight how the brand can maximise its potential in the new market.
a contents page, an introduction, a conclusion, clear chapter headings, page numbers, reference list, image reference list and bibliography.
• You should evidence the completion of all required models within an appendix.

The following brand models should have been completed as part of assessments A7 & A8. They can be used to enhance and support your report, making adaptations where appropriate:
• PESTLE, consumer profiles, positioning map, brand pyramids
• You must ensure you carefully reference your original sources to avoid plagiarism

• Your word count for this report is 2000 (+/- 10%)
