The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives and providing top-notch customer support.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content creation
Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Social Media design using Canva
Customer Support Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and availability
Assist customers with order placement
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive and customer-centric approach
Collaborate with the Customer Support Team Lead to identify common customer pain points and recommend solutions
