As Marketing Campaigns Manager (m/f/d) you will work to establish our brand as a globally known and likeable brand that is recognized as the standard for portable energy solutions. You do this by making our products visible across all relevant channels, countries and companies. As an expert on energy and power supply topics, you plan and create campaigns and materials for various target groups and industries to promote rapid market acceptance.
What can you expect?
You create sales-supporting materials and sales tools such as sales decks, brochures, customer testimonials and applications
You will work cross-functionally with Sales to plan and execute marketing strategies and initiatives targeting customers in our key verticals
You take over the planning and scheduling of digital and physical appearances, e.g. B. customer-specific actions, campaigns in the industry media and trade fairs or customer cooperation
You will compile, monitor and analyze campaign performance and effectiveness in cooperation with our sales department in order to improve the impact of marketing measures
You search & collect market insights and data across different industries and segments to develop marketing strategies
You are responsible for the activation and optimization of B2B activities in the area of content marketing
What should you bring along?
You have 5 years of marketing experience in a similar role in fast-growing companies working directly with B2B customers in industries relevant to us
You have specialist knowledge in the energy/electricity sector or in one of our verticals (e.g. construction, film & media or events) as well as knowledge of climate and sustainability issues
You bring a variety of operational skills and are happy to use them when needed
You like to use your hands-on mentality and have a strong result-oriented way of thinking
You have excellent German and English skills
