Leadership's Grand Theory (LGT) Academy's mission is to make leadership the best it can be in our lifetime. Therefore, we must deliver the best leadership theory-to-practice model to 4 billion people around the globe. Thus, starting with an initial course fill of 2 million people. The delivery will positively impact the lives and livelihoods of people around the world. There is now a leadership that does not degrade, harm, and fail, thus placing the lives and livelihoods of people at increased risk.
Due to leadership failure, the world experienced a pandemic that was avoidable. IMF estimated $11 trillion in direct costs, with $24 trillion in lost output resulting from the pandemic. Leadership scholars say a leadership crisis existed for the past two decades. Top global polls show low rates of confidence and trust. We have seen the ongoing civil war in Syria, the fall of the Afghan Government, Russian aggression in Ukraine, revolt in Iraq, ousting of the president in Sri Lanka, rising gun violence in America, and the list continues. However, there are common links in all these crises, and purported leadership amidst them all.
We have uncovered leadership's grand theory, the long-sought-after theory for leadership. The development industry operated in the absence of a central theory. This deficit caused the surfacing of a list of 101 or more said must-haves. Leadership's grand theory is based on research, and scientific evidence, supported by literature across three thousand years.
