Launch of new products -- 2

I am looking for assistance with the launch of new products, which are physical in nature. I have a marketing plan already in place, but it could use some improvement. My targeted customer demographic is adults aged 25-54. Thus, I am looking for someone to help perfect my marketing plan, and then consider the best strategies to reach my intended audience. I anticipate this project will involve marketing research, creating a detailed launch plan, and strategizing the most effective way to reach my target audience.
