Launch Marketing Project

I am seeking an individual or an agency to work with on a long term basis to plan and launch a marketing campaign for my new small business. To keep it brief, we are based in Australia and we have designed, patented and developed a solar energy storage and distribution device specifically for use in off-grid dwellings, new and old. Initially, I suspect a good audience to target would be individuals who are already living at least partially off the grid and are using a generator and/or just a basic 12V solar system. So far a website has been built and SEO has been managed, albeit poorly, and I need someone to grab the marketing by the balls and sell these things.
