Increase my traction/followers using online marketing

I have two projects, both of which focus on sustainability. I have a department of media which has been posting stories, reels and posts regularly on the pages. We have seen continuous online growth but at a slow pace. We need a marketing expert who can tell us how to increase the followers and general traction.
One of the projects focuses on upcycled plastic bags wherein waste plastic is collected and they are woven into new, more durable bags. The other project focuses on using waste coconut fibres and shells to make products such as bowls, spoons, mats etc.
Both the projects have products which are sellable, we also aim to scale up our B2C clientele using Instagram marketing. This is the primary reason why this job is being posted.
