Hello, we are tronicspay.com, an american online retailer that buys consumer electronics only in the USA.
We offer cash to people and buy their smart phones, androids, iphones, ipads, tablets, game consoles, smart watches and few other devices.
We are having issues converting sales on orders each month. We used to convert 20 to 30% out of 100-200 orders per month. Now we convert maybe 18% of 300 orders per month.
We get orders placed with no issue. But only small handful of these orders actually get sent in and converted.
We need a business branding marketing consultant to help us figure out the problem. And help educate us on how to convert and potentially do the work. So we can run with the advice later.
