2. **Consciousness and Spirituality:** The event needs to revolve entirely around raising consciousness and cultivating spiritual practices. This includes selecting relevant speakers, workshops and panels that align with this theme.
3. **One-Day Conference:** This conference is designed to be a one-day event. Your job will be to optimize the schedule to make the most of the available time as well as resource relevant speakers and workshop panelists, as well as coordinate a budget and marketing plan.
