Give me marketing strategy

We are owners of our own furniture and interiors brand and we work directly with customers to design and manufacture items. But we do not have a brand building and marketing strategy to take us to the next level of customer reach and engagement. We need someone to help brainstorm and give ideas and directions of what is the right approach for us. Thanks.
