RE: TRUMPs -- GOLD CARD
President Trump of the United States has proposed a new $1 million GOLD CARD for foreign investors to obtain PERMANENT RESIDENCY.
A draft form is under review, and the [FINAL form] (I-140G) will be available for investors by December 18, 2025. There [will be revisions] to this document by the federal government.
The [initial step] is for the investor to fill out a [Small Application] and pay $15,000 to the US Department of Commerce.
The 2nd step is to complete a 24-page application.
This includes a (20-year) income and employment history.
This will [add between 30 to 70 pages] per application which all must be [TRANSLATED into ENGLISH].
Once this information is submitted to the Federal Government, it will take approximately 3 to 6 months to process.
If there is an APPROVAL, the beneficiary must submit $1 million to the Federal Government.
The [3rd step] would be an [Interview] called CONSULAR PROCESSING in the home country of the primary beneficiary.
The goal is for this $1 million to cover the spouse and any UNMARRIED children [under 21] years of age.
The beneficiary must prove the [SOURCE of FUNDS].
This means that the beneficiary must show how the money $1 million [was earned] even if it takes several documents.
This can be as simple as the sale of real estate in which the beneficiary must show the documents associated with the transaction.
If a CORPORATION sponsors a person, it is $1 million for the primary beneficiary and an ADDITIONAL (+) $1 million for the spouse and children.
There is a proposal for a [$5 million Visa] where the person will be able to live in the United States for (270) days per year and [Not] be subject to [INCOME TAX].
If these visas are available, we will offer it to investors, but it will [NOT] be the PRIMARY FOCUS.
.
Our law firm will be charging [$20,000 legal fee] per PRIMARY INVESTOR.
You will be paid $3,600 for each investor you locate that will become a client of the law firm under this program.
My hope is the marketing person will be able to [translate the foreign language] into English but if not, we will have TRANSLATORS available.
Since we are a law firm and not a marketing firm, we may need your assistance with the [best approach] to obtain the clients under these Visa programs.
