Fundraiser needed for not for profit theatre group

I am seeking an experienced fundraiser to help our not for profit theatre foundation achieve our fundraising goal of over $1M. We are looking to secure funding through a combination of sponsorships and grants, local community events and crowdsourcing and need someone who has a proven track record in securing these types of funds. The ideal candidate will have experience in the arts sector, and be able to help us develop a comprehensive fundraising plan. The timeline for this fundraiser is more than 6 months, and we are looking for someone who can commit to working with us over this period.
