Full Stack Marketer for Commercial Leasing

I'm seeking a seasoned full stack marketer with a focus on Real Estate to assist in leasing three commercial properties. The primary objective of this campaign is property leasing.

Ideal Candidate Skills:
- Expertise in Real Estate marketing
- Proficient in social media, email marketing, and search engine advertising
- Strong visual communication skills
- Experience with image-based content creation and marketing

We helping agent to lease by doing digital campaign. There is one retail shop and 2 small offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update current listing. Need to update photos and texts.
- Generate leads (happy for you to write brief and get research specialist to get the data)
- Gather list of similar small spaces for lease to include in email campaign
- Run email campaign to target for retail and another one for office space
- run facebook group campaign

Experience in commercial property marketing is a plus.
