We have a partial implementation of FreshSales, CRM, OmniChannel, FreshSupport, FreshChat, etc. How much experience do you have with these items and phone systems, chatbots, custom API integrations, etc? We are looking for someone with lots of FreshWorks experience, not just someone who has dabbled with it.
