Franchise Development Manager for Pan-India Retail Expansion

I am looking for a franchise development manager who can help me in developing an Authorised person network(AP) of retail centres across India. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in financial franchise development and retail expansion, especially in the Stock market domain with a strong track record of success in the Indian market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting Digital Leads to Jon Immediately
- Strategizing and executing the launch of new retail centers
- Identifying and addressing any challenges and bottlenecks in the franchise network
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for retail operations in India
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A deep understanding of the Indian stock market
- Proven experience in franchise development and retail expansion
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
