Financial Services Promo Videos

I'm looking for a talented video creator to design short promotional videos for our financial services. 2-3 short core promotional videos that are ~2 mins, and edit 4 videos per month that are ~30-60 secs, on an on-going basis. Budget is for the on-going, 12 month project. An experienced content creator/editor should be able to complete each video editing within 1-2 hours per short video, and for the longer videos, 2-3 hours, each.These videos will be aimed at small businesses and will be shared on financial websites and blogs. The main component will be video editing, as well as making the backgrounds and flow and graphics for the video look professional. I will shoot the A-roll and choose topics and script.
