This is Amrit and I am going to start film and tv catering business and I have been working with film and tv catering past few years. I have a food truck and I can go anywhere in Melbourne to cook for film and tv production companies. Our kitchen can cater up to 200 people on daily basis. ( breakfast, morning tea, lunch and dinner)
