Expert to sell ebooks and paperback

I am looking for an expert to help me sell ebooks and paperback books. The books are in both fiction and non-fiction genres. While I don't have a specific sales target in mind, I want to maximize sales. I plan to sell more than 500 copies each month.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in selling ebooks and paperback books
- Knowledge of various sales strategies and techniques
- Experience in online marketing and promotion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with the book publishing industry and market trends
- Familiar with affliate marketing
- Knowledge of platforms where books can be listed and sold
- experience or 2 years in selling books
- Revenue is entirely based as a commision for book sales
- Continous engagement is needed as this is a long term role
