Key Requirements:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
2. Nationality: Arabian - In-depth understanding of the Arabian culture and fluent in Arabic is preferred.
3. Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Dubai real estate market, including a deep understanding of brokerage companies and the key players in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and develop leads for potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients, ensuring a seamless and professional real estate experience.
• Leverage your network and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market to close deals with brokerage companies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions in Dubai.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong networking capabilities and the ability to establish and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced real estate environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
