Email to promote my services to customers

I'm looking to promote my services to new customers by creating an (cold) email which will be sent out to them to introduce my business. I'm looking for a professional who can design an engaging email with product promotion as its main focus. I am also open to creative ideas that the designer may have, as I'd like to create an email that will capture the attention of my pottencial customers. I anticipate sending out more emails over time tonew customers I may found.
