Email Marketing, Creative Content Creation and Data Analysis via Salesforce Marketing Cloud

I am looking for a freelancer who has hands-on knowledge and expertise in running email campaigns, monitoring their performance and identifying areas of improvements and suggest targeted marketing strategies for our products. We sell apparel and accessories via our website designed using Shopify.
The bidder should have good knowledge and experience in all aspect of email marketing including creation of adequate and appropriate contents and images (creatives), have the aptitude to infer patterns via the data collected and provide recommendations to maximise sales.
Specifics can be discussed via chat or voice call. The bid will be for ongoing work and should be broken down into simple categories e.g. XX amount per email or XX amount for YY emails per month - XX amount for performing analytics (details would be expected i.e. level of analysis to be performed and expected outcomes and outputs) - XX amount for ongoing recommendations and improvements to drive sales revenue improvements. Alternatively, provide me with a monthly quotation (preferred) with a breakdown of tasks that will be performed and how will success be measured against each task.
