I require guidance in setting up a drop servicing enterprise.
A mentor who has solid experience and understanding in this field would be ideal and if possible, specifically related to the digital customer service sector. Key areas of assistance I require include:
* Identifying an appropriate industry or niche; I have an idea but I'm open for change.
* The business structure and operations planning as I foresee it being completely digital.
Experience in digital business set-up, in-depth industry knowledge and proficiency in customer service operations would be beneficial for this role.
