- Paid promotions: Use ads or sponsored posts.
- Referral programs: Incentivize current members to bring in new ones.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in community growth, especially on Discord.
- Experience with both organic and paid growth strategies.
- Strong marketing skills to develop and manage referral programs.
