Hello there! I am looking for a qualified, experienced customer service representative who can help me provide the best possible support to my customers. Specifically, I need someone with experience in providing phone support during standard business hours (9am-5pm). The goal is to deliver fast and reliable customer service, ensuring that everyone always feels taken care of. The customer service representative must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as they will be the face of the organization. This position requires somebody who is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.
